2. Packing and Handling
- **Professional Packing:** Our team will use high-quality packing materials to secure your items. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are not professionally packed by our team.
- **Restricted Items:** We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal goods, perishable food items, or other prohibited materials. The client is solely responsible for ensuring no such items are included in the consignment.

3. Payment Terms
- **Advance Payment:** A percentage of the total quote must be paid upfront to confirm the booking.
- **Balance Payment:** The remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery at the destination before unpacking or unloading begins.
- **Additional Charges:** Additional charges may apply for services like dismantling/reassembly of complex furniture, extra labor, or unexpected waiting time.

4. Insurance and Liability
- **Transit Insurance:** We offer comprehensive transit insurance to cover damages during transportation. This insurance is optional and subject to a separate premium. The client must declare the value of goods for insurance purposes.
- **Claim Process:** Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will be processed as per the terms of the insurance policy.
- **Limited Liability:** In the absence of transit insurance, our liability is limited to the terms specified in the service agreement, generally based on weight or volume, and does not cover consequential losses.
